Why Yellow Cap
a brand people already know
a character they love
The figure and the cap are on cups, totes and phone cases already. People recognise the shop before they read the sign.
a menu that trains fast
Five signatures and a short list around them. A new barista is confident in a fortnight, not a season.
branding done for you
Cups, bags, signage, menu boards, the doodles, the lot. You order it, it arrives looking right.

The model works in a corner site with a counter and a handful of seats. Lower rent, shorter build.

Who we are looking for
someone who will be there
We are not looking for investors with a spreadsheet and a manager. We are looking for someone who wants to run the shop, learn the regulars' names and be there on a wet Tuesday. If you like people more than you like coffee, that is usually the right way round.

Questions
the ones we get asked
It helps, but it is not a requirement. Plenty of good operators came from other trades. What matters more is that you will be in the room most mornings.
Closely at the start and steadily after that. Site, fit out and training are hands on. Once you are open we check in monthly and are on the phone whenever.
The core stays as it is, since that is what people come back for. You get two seasonal slots a year to run something of your own.
Our roastery, every week, at a set franchise price. Packaging and cups come through the same order.
[Term] years, renewable. The full detail is in the information pack.
